Molly Gansen Family Fund

Please help provide support for Molly Gansen and her family. On July 14, 2020, Molly Gansen's forever love, Dana Clyde Clark was killed at the age of 47 in Hanover, Illinois. This very tragic and senseless act of violence has taken the life of an incredible man, life partner and father.  Molly and Dana had known each other for over 20 years. They went on a few dates and then remained friends throughout all these years. They were brought back together by a flame that had never extinguished and this last year, Molly and her children made the big decision to move to Galena so they could all be with Dana and his children.  Molly and Dana were a team in every sense. They were best friends, parented together, made a home filled with unconditional love for each other and all their children. Molly and Dana had the type of relationship that most people only dream of. Dana completely adored Molly and he was her protector. She was his person and he hers. Molly is one in a million. She will always go to the end of the world to help out a family member or friend. She has an amazing way of making people comfortable around her and she's got a smile that lights up a room. Molly has fostered and adopted many children throughout the years and has made dreams come true for so many wanting children. Molly is selfless and humble. She has come through for so many of us but now she needs our help. With the devastating loss of her beloved Dana, Molly still has to find it within herself to keep going. There are so many things that need to be taken care of, whether it be getting all of their children to appointments and obligations or being able to continue to provide the necessities for her family.  Molly will always put everyone else first and then attend to her needs last. We grieve big because we love big and she needs her family and friends to help ease some of her pain.
