Hello, my name is Molly Bell.
I have been the amazing opportunity to travel to Nicaragua, Central America in June/July 2026. The main purpose of the trip will be to learn about, and help with local conservation projects, including: sustainable Cacao, and coffee farming, and marine turtle conservation.
The 2-week trip will consist of exploring Nicaragua's volcanoes, lakes, mountains, rain forests, ancient cities, cacao and coffee plantations, but most importantly spend four days building a turtle hatchery. We will be learning about the importance of preserving all these biospheres and ecosystems and understanding the need for conservation and sustainability. For more detailed information please visit https://flooglebinder.co.uk/nicaragua for the full itinerary. As well as the educational conservation side of the trip we will be hiking up Cerro Negro which is an active volcano where we will be volcano boarding back down! And for those brave enough a chance to zip wire through one of Nicaragua’s precious rain forests. Over the next 15 months I will be fundraising with different events, but would also really appreciate any kind donations from those who wish to help me experience this once in a life time adventure.
Many thanks Molly.
