Mollee Franklin

Hi,

My name is Rosalie Watson. On behalf of all her friends and family, I am fundraising for Mollee Franklin.

 

As you all know, our friend Mollee has spent her life caring for other people both physically and emotionally as an award-winning doula and lactation educator. Well, now it is our time to support and care for Mollee.

 

Mollee has been diagnosed with cervical cancer. Her treatment includes six weeks of daily radiation, along with weekly chemotherapy, followed by 3 more weeks of stronger Radiation, which will require extensive recuperation.

 

Mollee’s treatment will be tough, but if you know Mollee, then you know that she is tougher. She is strong, determined, and surrounded by her fiercely loving family, Dennis, Finn, and Poppy, as well as her family in Colorado, and her friends.

 

It’s difficult to ask for help, so we are asking for her, because she needs it. As a doula and lactation educator, she is self-employed, which means she doesn’t have any work benefits to help out. She is also not able to work during this time, and of course, bills don’t care about cancer. This is where we all come in. If you can help out in any way, it would be greatly appreciated. If you can’t help out financially, your prayers and healthy well wishes are always welcome!

 

Whether you know Mollee as a friend or through her work, you know how much love, support, strength and knowledge she has given to our community. Now it’s our time to give back to her.
