Mold Removal and Reconstruction bathroom
Donation protected
My name is Alec Schiller, and I live in a house bought with money from selling my mom's house when she died. Both of my parents are in heaven. Last November, I was pointed out that I have black mold in my downstairs bathroom where I usually shower, which has a walk-in shower. I found out that I could not use that shower anymore because it could spread the black mold. I had several companies come out and give me estimates for mold reduction and reconstruction of the bathroom because it is not just in the shower but also in the walls and ceiling. First, they will need to remove the shower and parts of the walls to get out all the black molds. Then, they will need to replace the shower stall and fix the drywall. I am currently using the tub/shower combination in the upstairs bathroom. Still, due to arthritis and circulation issues, it is very challenging to get into the tub to use the shower. So, I need to get the mold and reconstruction done so that I can easily take a shower again. The estimates are 10,000 and maybe more to get the black mold gone and do the reconstruction! I only get a little over 1,300 a month in disability. I have asthma and allergy troubles affected by the mold and need to get this fixed. I have no credit, so I cannot borrow from a bank or take loans, so please help!
