"Verily we belong to God, and verily to Him do we return" Surah Bakarah 2:156
Dear family/friends/colleagues,
It is with great sadness and deep regret to inform you that our colleague, Mohamud Abdulle, who worked on the 4LM SER Project sadly departed this world on Sunday. Our thoughts, prayers and deepest condolences are with his family during this sad time.
Mohamud Abdulle was an exceptional individual and had a heart of gold. He was hard-working, intelligent and always looked out for others around him supporting them as much as he could. The saying ‘wouldn’t hurt a fly’ is an understatement when it comes to Mohamud. Many of you have known him since he started at Metronet/Atkins 15 years ago and have worked with him ever since and would agree with me when I say he gave 110% throughout his career and gave his all. Outside of work, he was a loving, caring and devoted father, religiously intellectual and well respected within his local community. He will be dearly missed by us all at TfL, his family, friends and his wider community.
He leaves behind a wife and 3 young children with the eldest son being 15 years old. I’d like to kindly request you to take a moment in making a prayer for him and his family during this difficult time.
We have set up this fundraising page to contribute towards the funeral costs and support his family during this difficult time. Please kindly leave a message and donate if possible.
