This is Mohammed Fofana from the Gambia, he is a local activist who is trying to make people's lives better, however for years he has been struggling with kidney stones, and it is now catching up to him.

In order to get well, he has to travel to Dakar to get healthcare as Gambian hospitals refuse to take him in.
