Tesa's Rescue received an urgent request to help an injured cat who had suffered a freak accident - poor little Mog got caught in a window, had fallen outwards and, scrambling to free herself, sadly she broke her left back leg; we can't possibly imagine the pain this cat went through when this happened. Mog was given pain killers while her distraught owner began looking for help for this beautiful 1 year old cat.

Following X-rays, the vets concluded they could save the leg, but these medical interventions are very costly and a quote of £2,070 can be financially overwhelming for anyone. A wonderful charity offered to donate £300 towards the cost and, thanks to one of our incredible volunteers, we agreed to help with the rest of the money as she very kindly offered us a loan at super short notice. Mog is now recovering steadily and hopefully there will be no problems with her progress as she's a very healthy young cat ❤️ We're overjoyed she could keep her leg as before the X-rays were taken there was talk of amputation.

Mog's owner is extremely grateful for the assistance received ❤️❤️❤️ We've started this fundraiser in the hope that we can raise the necessary funds to repay the generous loan which ensured very quick medical intervention for a gorgeous little cat. The vet bill addressed to us was £1,770.
