#Moformentalhealth

#Moformentalhealth.

I started growing my mo about a month ago. I have always wanted to do MOVEMBER, so i figured why not go from April to November and see how big I  can grow my mo, do some challenges and raise some awareness and money for mental health along the way. If we can raise any amount of money that can go towards just helping 1 individual that i will consider it a success.

The aim is to raise some money to either donate to a mental health service OR to create a fund to help someone/some people individually, to give them the support they need/deserve through counselling.

With the ultimate goal of suicide prevention and mental health awareness.

Each month I am to do a challenge that will push me both mentally and physically to raise awareness, create a message of hope and inspiration.

Every life matters, With such crazy times. Mental health is also Pandemic. Whilst it is different more people have passed away due to mental health in Australia than Covid-19 itself.

THAT IS 6 CHALLENGES.
