Moët's Health: Urgent Help Needed

Hi everyone, this is my childhood friend Moët. A few months ago the family was informed that she has heart disease, we’ve been keeping the symptoms as moderate as possible with the medication provided but we have no idea how long she will benefit from it. Overtime she’s developed a severe cough that could either be the trachea weakening or her heart enlarging, which puts pressure on the lungs along with her trachea. If you could help raise for the worse case scenario, any amount would be very appreciated.
