Never thought I'd have to start another one of these. My name is Joaquin Velasquez. My brother (pictured above), Moises (Moe) Velasquez, is currently in the ICU at University Hospital in SA, TX. He was halo flighted after a freak accident occurred, and he was pinned in between two trucks, instantly and forever changing his life.

I'm asking friends, family, strangers, anyone who can, to help. He will need help in so many ways: physically, emotionally, mentally and of course monetarily. I've never considered myself a family-oriented person, but when you see your loved ones in a situation like this, nothing can prepare you for the hurt. All we can do is be here at his side and hope that someone, anyone, can help him with the bigger issue at hand: life doesn't stop, medical bills will stack up, and bills don't stop because you get hurt. Any donation is appreciated, and the Velasquez family will forever be grateful.
