MOCO FIT Community Health & Fitness Program

Moco-FIT is an organization created to give all Montgomery County residents a fun and free opportunity to engage in age-appropriate fitness classes taught by some of the best trainers our area has to offer. Our goal is to increase health awareness and self-image for children, teens, and adults alike. We want to be able to offer this program throughout summer 2020 to anyone who wants to participate. We will be holding multiple socially distanced classes per day and will need many resources to make this community program a reality. We are also facilitating athletic team summer conditioning and sports specific training.
