This is Mochi, and he needs your help! 
Mochi has been my companion since the day I laid eyes on him and I ever never loved another puppy more. I have grown up with dogs my whole life, but this one, this one is special. Anyone who has ever met him has seen his loving, unique personality and just how amazing he is inside and out.
Unfortunately, due to rats and mice in and around our home, Mochi ingested rat or mice urine and contracted leptospirosis. He currently is experiencing liver and kidney failure due to this fast acting disease. We only found out after he got his surgery to get neutered and he started experiencing jaundice and throwing up every two hours. When I took him back to the vet that ignored his initial signs as early as Monday morning, I believed it was too late. He went through 24 hours of treatment at the overnight hospital in Rhode Island but what he really needs is to be put on dialysis to have a fighting chance. Please pray for Mochi and show him all the love you can. I love this little man and he is all I have.
