Mochi Medical Funds

We received some devastating news this weekend, that Brian's bestest gal, Mochi the pirate dog, is sick with cancer. Unfortunately it seems to be advancing pretty quickly and while we're not certain yet what the treatment is going to be or fully cost, what we do know is that we don't want Brian to have to worry about affording giving his dog the quality of life she deserves during this time.

Mochi is about 13 years old but up till now people always thought she was younger because of how happy and active she was. Smart as a whip with more personality than most people know what to do with, she's lovable and sweet and adores her dad. We want her to be as happy and comfortable and painless as she possibly can be.

The average price of chemo for a dog looks to be between $2.5-$7K. We made a goal of $3K presuming a minimal cost for now, but that will be updated when we see actual bills. If by any chance we raise more money than Mochi needs, we will donate the rest to an animal charity.
