Hello , my name is Marcela and I’m fundraising £2500 for special needs mobility pram for my 5 year old Daugter who has Down’s Syndrome . Elka has very low muscle tone and can not walk for long periods as she tires easily . The charities who can provide this equipment have very long waiting lists and and are overloaded with children in need so I have decided to take this into my own hands and try to fundraise this money via kind people we know.
