We are trying to raise money to get Miriya a mobility chair, as we he haven't had luck with insurance. 16 years ago Miriya was born with Loeys-Dietz Syndrome. Since she was born she has had over 20 surgeries. Her most recent surgeries were scoliosis surgeries. Unfortunately, these surgeries were not successful. She struggles walking for more more than 5 minutes. She will be graduating in 2 years and we are trying to provide her with the best chance at being mobile and addressing the challenges she will meet as a college student and young adult.

UPDATE! I had originally put this goal to cover a chair that was automatic and portable. But you have been so gracious, that we are going to see if we get get enough for the chair we had on hold for 2 years. It is more customized for her, but didn’t think we could get the funds for it. So thank you so much!
