MoBe Memories. Hope For Kim & Tyler

You know those super kind, thoughtful, would do anything for anyone kinda people? That is our Kim & Ty. The Petersons'. Salt of the earth dreamers that find a way of making you feel as though you are wrapped in love, light and hope. And we have had the pleasure of knowing and loving them since 2012. They are for certain a forever part of my family and our family of friends. After over a year of preparations and building out the "Van Life of their dreams, in March 2023, Kim & Tyler embarked on what they hoped would be their adventure of a lifetime. They made their way up the East Coast for a test run and found peace in the little things. They remained steadfast in their plans to reach Lake Tahoe for a running event that Tyler was planning to participate in the weekend of June 23rd. They chose to stay engaged, intentional and were living in full on gratitude and grace despite many expected and unexpected bumps along the way.

Sadly on May 23, 2023 that hopeful, adventurous future was taken from them. In an instant. Thankfully, oh so thankfully, our precious Kim & Ty and their pup River and cat Ella are healthy and safe. Sadly, on their travels, they were in a severe accident just outside Sante Fe, New Mexico and their AdventureVan MoBe is no more. The other driver has required medical care and has remained on their minds non-stop. Because, well, that is just who they are. We are seeking donations to help all involved in hopes to minimize the stress and heartache they are under while navigating such a difficult situation. If you know Kim and Tyler, then you have been reached by them in a big way. They both make you feel all the things the instant their smiling faces meet yours. We ask that you donate with their boystrous spirit in mind. Help us get them home, keep them safe and support them as they rebuild their next big adventure.
