This 115 year old house needs help!

This 115 year old house has been both a blessing and a curse for my family. I inherited this old house from my parents' estate. After losing my parents in 2013, both within 5 months of each other, my mother to COPD, and my father to Cancer, I was left with this huge old house and all of my parents' belongings, the memories, and the repairs needed to just keep the house up to code so that my own family could one day soon, live in it. It took 5 months for Madison and I to go through each room of the house and clear the rooms enough for us to move in.
5 months, lots of weekends, plenty of sweat and tears, some help from family and friends, and 4 roll off dumpsters later we were finally able to move in. Before my parents passed on, I quit my job to take care of my parents in their last year. My own family of six were living solely off of my husband's income. Things were tight and rough but we made it work. When my family and I moved into my parents' house, we knew there would be repairs and upgrades we would have to tackle, but we didn't know to what extent. The roof of the house is riddled with holes and leaks in various places, but mainly a huge hole in the ceiling in the laundry room. We have tarped it, but water always finds its way in. The plumbing is also very outdated and we have had pipes burst last winter, but do not have the money to repair the plumbing. The last two years have been an immense struggle, with great heartache for this family and we could really use any help we can to get ahead and repair the things in the house so that we can help make it a home for our children, and so we can start the healing process from their recent loss, and move forward with our own lives. The work that needs to be done are major repairs that my family and I can not tackle on our own, knowledge or skill wise. They are also repairs that if not made, will continue to be dangerous and detrimental to the family and our health. Currently I am doing childcare out of my home 40 hours a week, as well as home schooling Quenten in the home, so we need to have it safe to continue our work, and education. It is very hard for me to ask for any kind of help, and it is harder for me to receive help when it is offered, but I don't have any other choice, and I am reaching out the only way I know how to now.
Anything you can offer my family will be greatly appreciated and graciously received.
