Mo (RIP) and I Need Your Help - Sleep Deprived

I unfortunately have been the victim for the past few years of long-term disability-based discrimination, intimidation, bias, and stalking. Asians, Latinos, and African American’s are more likely born with undiagnosed ADHD and highly functioning autism conditions. I am one of them. I didn't learn I was a (quiet) highly functional autistic person until I was 38. My ADHD and autism in conjunction with my tinnitus, anxiety, and depression was widely abused during my graduate career while living at Hillegass Parker House, a property of the Berkeley Students Cooperative with a bad reputation while completing my master’s program at UC Berkeley. I believe this has been done as a lopsided response to being slandered. This slander was expertly executed against me before graduate school. My housemates and housing provider were very motivated to impede my effort to study via several means of harnessing my noise, light, smell, and touch sensitivity. This odd behavior eventually turned into a VERY fraudulent sexual harassment claim in order to try to illegally evict me. I explain a lot more in reports I've prepared for this fight.

When I successfully defended myself against an illegal eviction based on fraudulent claims, that was followed up with more retaliation that was deadly to Mo. The Berkeley Student Cooperative’s central offices was assisted in their wrongful termination via a vibration with an unidentified source that has left me with a much more severe ADHD condition. My sensitivity to noise is now very predictable and extreme. Somehow the effort that attacked my sleep and conditions via a vibration in Berkeley has also done so where I currently live in La Habra. I am now fighting back.

This was no less than sleep deprivation and in no exaggeration, domestic terrorism of an aspiring future political candidate. My fight or flight stress response is being overloaded intentionally, daily, now since March 27th, 2023. I'm not attempting a smear campaign. This by definition does not qualify as slander of the BSC because everything I am sharing is ABSOLUTELY true. The abuse I suffered extended to Mo, my emotional support animal who suffered repeat deadly poisoning from people who illegally accessed my room while I was usually in class or at the gym and also abused him on 4/12/22.

Managers at my cooperative also regularly provoked my insomnia upon me via a strong vibration and also through repeated noise at night caused by housemates who were managers and repeated denied it over the course of two entire years. I suffered $18K in financial losses from property damage and theft. Thousands in wages have been lost after the vibration would significantly impact my sleep repeatedly the night before my interviews with the State of California.

On 9/9/23 after a horrendous experience moving from Berkeley to Southern California when Mo's was in a lot of pain and with no hope for a much time left after recovering from a surgery I couldn't afford. I visited several vets in the Bay Area and in Southern California before making the hard decision to put him to rest. All of this truth telling leads to the following ask: I need a lot of help finding a great lawyer. Mo was murdered.

I've been very quiet about all of this because I don't know who or what was caused his death. I have needed to move forward with my plans despite the loss. A lawsuit will force the issue since the BSC on its own should have no vested interest in coordinating the activities of an entire house toward these kinds of crime. I've spent months gathering hundreds of documents and records. The specific areas of law that relate to this are disability discrimination, civil rights, rental housing, wrongful contract termination, and animal law. I'm trying to obtain a lawyer on contingency. I've found one great lawyer. I can't afford him yet. With your help I might.

The case centers on how my disability requests of my housemates to stop making noise was retaliated. Their retaliation was intentional and repeated. The retaliation included illegal entry into my room, sexual harassment fraud, theft by deception, repeat petty theft/damage of property, wrong termination of my contract, biased/hostile/organized discriminatory managers, organized collective intimidation, a vibration imposed on me that has not stopped and has eroded my body's capacity gradually as I've privately suffered from my ADHD, anxiety, tinnitus, depression, and autism conditions.

Some of you have never met my dog and don’t understand how perfect Mo was as a dog. He exceeded all expectations of dog ownership. I’m still trying to plan how to pay my respects to him formally.

If you are a friend who I’ve not seen in quite some time, I have a more exciting updating. I’m writing a book on sustainability called The Origins of the Department of Sustainability that uses the education and research I’ve gathered since 2017. This was a preclude to running for US Senate but that is another related story of treachery.

The book presents a new way of incorporating externalities into the production of major international cash crops to grow the consumer domestic organic market as a foundational step toward long term sustainability. It introduces NASA tech, newly funded data from the USDA, and a newly developed informatic system to store sustainability measures of CO2 emissions and much more. A future where we start combating systematic inequality was THE FOCUS of research for my book. The book is also a political memoir that introduces me and my family. It provides a systemic perspective that deconstructs the problem of disproportionately larger agricultural carbon emissions as a sustainability information measurement market.
