Mo Green lost her home and all her possessions in the Paradise, California fire.

As you all know, Mo Green has a huge and giving heart. So much so, that she really didn’t want to set up this page to ask for help. When I checked in on her, her first response was, “I am so much better off than many.” Typical Mo.

Several of her friends have pushed her to set up this page, so that we, who have so often been on the receiving end of Mo’s kindness, can return the favor.

So, please, let us thank Mo for all she has done for us in small and big ways across the years, by supporting now in her time of need.

We can also support her on behalf of all the patients in Guatemala (Mo has been volunteering in Guatemala through Faith In Practice for over 15 years) who have received care because of her. And, they are only a part of all the patients Mo has served with her mind, body, and spirit in her daily work. What better way to thank Mo for being Mo than to help her now.

The funds raised will go directly to Mo’s bank account, to help her come back from this devasting loss of material goods. For that is her only loss, material goods, for it is clear that Mo’s spirit remains rich and overflowing in love and kindness in spite of what she is going through. Again, typical Mo.

So, let us help Mo now. Let us each be a light in these, her dark days, showing her how much we appreciate and love her. And, please say a prayer Mo and for all those who are suffering in California now and in the days ahead.
