Last year around this time, Hurricane Harvey dumped heavy rains across the South Texas landscape.

Shawn Owens, an MNS Foreman in South Texas, whose family was still making repairs to last year’s flooding, was hit again with heavy rains this week.

Shawn is shown above in a clip from the local paper with his son, cleaning up from a new flood. Shawn and his family have lost furniture, beds, and many household items.
