Tammy's medical expenses

My name is Tammy Johnson, I have been diagnosed with cirrhosis of the liver due to my diabetes and my cholesterol as of January 2015. The doctors have informed me that its so bad I have to have a liver transplant. I have done had fluid build up in my stomach. i had it removed they took 21lbs of fluid off of me.  They now have me on a strict diet i can only eat frsh fruits, fresh vegetables, chicken, and fish that is all i can eat. starting on March 1st -3rd i go to UVA to meet with the transplant team for the first time out of i dont know how many trips ill have to make. They have put me out of work. My husband is the only one that is working and he will have to be out of work to go with me as my support person. I am in need of help for medical expenses that will be piling up and traveling expenses which will include gas, eating, and a place for us to stay at nights. Any thing will be greatly appreciated.
