Support Shannon’s Fight Against Pancreatic Cancer

Donation protected
Dear friends and family,

My husband, AJ, and I are reaching out to ask for your support in Shannon’s fight against Pancreatic Cancer.

On May 19, 2025, our friend, Shannon Craig, went into the hospital for a check-up due to abdominal pain. It was that day when Shannon and his family faced an unimaginable challenge—a diagnosis of Stage 4 pancreatic cancer, also known as metastatic pancreatic cancer. Metastatic cancer means that cancer cells have spread from the pancreas to other areas of the body. The doctors advised him that it’s “inoperable and incurable,” and the treatment plan would be a combination of indefinite chemotherapy and radiation to control the disease, improve Shannon’s quality of life, and prolong his life as much as they possibly can. Shannon and his family also sought a second opinion from the Baptist Cancer Center, and it was then when the initial diagnosis was confirmed.

Shannon is a loving husband to his beautiful wife for 19 years and also a dedicated father to his 8 wonderful children. He has always been the provider and the backbone of his family that they can depend on. It has always been hard for Shannon to ask for help, but he always wanted to be the one helping others in need. He is a man who shows up for others—and now, he and his family need us to show up for them. Shannon trusts in God, trusts in the help He is sending to his family, and he is always grateful to Him.

We are raising funds to help relieve some of the financial burden so they can focus on what truly matters: Shannon’s health. Your support will cover the medical expenses not fully covered by insurance, medication and supplements, travel costs, and basic household needs like groceries, gas, and bills.

Please consider donating if you can, and share this campaign to spread the word. Every contribution, message of support, and most importantly, your prayers, mean more than words can express.

On behalf of Shannon and his family, we want to thank you for taking the time to read his story. Please keep him in your thoughts and prayers. Again, thank you for your kindness, compassion, and generosity.
