Kylo’s ER Vet Bills

there are no words that can encapsulate the soul of my sweet baby boy Kylo. he was the softest dog I’ve ever known & was so beautiful inside & out. he was silly and spunky and goofy, a huge sock thief & my precious little boy. we don’t know what happened, it was a freak accident with no trace. one moment he was fine, happy, playing ball outside and then the next he collapsed & stopped breathing. from one fleeting moment to the next he was gone— our hearts are broken.

I was in another state for work & immediately booked the next flight home to be able to say goodbye to his body which was being held at our vet. It came out of nowhere … he was only 3 years old, his birthday just passed and he had SO MUCH LIFE in him.

my Kylo punker, this isn’t fair & yet another cruel reminder that life isn’t fair. I love you so so much, I have so many photos & videos I plan on sharing because those who knew you knew how much of a light you were! the house feels emptier without you. I’m sorry punky, you deserved the world

thank you for everyone’s kind words, unfortunately even when they don’t survive we are still left with medical bills.

$829 is the cost for his ER visit and the unsuccessful CPR measures taken for him. We decided to get him cremated and a ceramic paw print made for him. That statement has not been posted but we assume it’s going to be at least $400 and higher. Our goal is $1,500 to help make this awful situation even less awful with the financial burdens. Anything helps.
