Hello we are doing a fundraiser for Carlos Salinas funeral expenses. This unexpected tragedy happened all of a sudden and all of the family is in shock. We still can't believe he is gone, he was so young, Carlos was only 31 years young. He leaves a wife behind with her two children. We humbly ask for everyone's prayers at this time.
