Battle For Bellis

Our dear friend, Scott Bellis is currently in the battle of a lifetime against cancer. Even though he has many days where he isn’t feeling like himself, he would still go out of his way to help someone else, all while going through treatments. If you ask him about his cancer, he will openly talk about it. He speaks about his legacy, and how he chooses to handle his terminal diagnosis, because he knows that his 6 kids are watching him closely.

Since his diagnosis, Scott has undergone hormone therapy (but became hormone resistant within 18 months), then Immunotherapy, Radiation, and Chemo from November of 2020 to June of 2021.

He has now begun more Chemo treatments, and his doctors have told him if he responds well, he may have 2 more years. If not, about one year. But recently, Scott's Doctor told him about a new treatment that has been showing great promise.

Theranostics is a new hope in the fight against Scott’s specific form of cancer. Patients have been seeing great results with this new treatment, but it is only available in Germany. The same treatment may not be available here in the US for quite some time. Time that Scott may not have.

People like you are the only way our group will be able raise enough funds to send Scott and his wife Kenlynn to Germany for this treatment. We are hoping to raise $100,000, which would cover the cost of treatment, travel and lodging while in Germany.
