Hi my name is Deniece Anderson and I am fundraising for Jennifer Jill Schwirzer.
Jennifer Jill Schwirzer, LPC, directs Abide Counseling Network out of her home office in Orlando, Florida, where she lives with her husband Michael. She also directs abuse response ministry Project Safe Church, creative music cooperative the Lesser Light Collective, and other ministry startups under the umbrella of Michael Ministries, a 501 c-3 non-profit corporation. Most importantly, Jennifer loves God and people, and lives to bring them together through the written, spoken and sung word.
Her ministry has been a tremendous blessing to me and so many others around the world. Recently, due to Hurricanes Ian and Nicole, Abiding Place Farm, the physical headquarters of Abide Network, suffered a flood this fall. The house sits on a lake. Back-to-back hurricanes caused the many area lakes to overflow, a condition the stormwater department said was a once-in-200-years event. Jennifer lives with her husband Mike on the bottom floor of the house. She came back from a ministry trip to her apartment filled with three inches of water. (click here to see the video).
It wasn't until more than a month after the flood that the insurance company informed Jennifer she was not covered. She applied for help from FEMA, but because Hurricane Nicole has not been declared a disaster in Orange County, that door is also closed. The total cost to rebuild the apartment could be as high as $45,000.
I am simply asking that you help my friend Jennifer any way you possibly can. Anything will be greatly appreciated. If her ministry has blessed you in any way I hope that you will consider giving something. If you have nothing to give please remember her and her husband in your prayers as they attempt to recover.
Thank you so much and God's richest blessings upon each of you.
