Yureta's dental emergency

Hi, I'm organizing this for a dear friend of mine. On May 4th, she had an unexpected dental emergency in which the crown of her front tooth broke off suddenly, taking her actual tooth along with it. She's already been in treatment for other medical necessities, and what the dentist is charging her for a tooth implant (see attached) is beyond doable at this point in time. She had just gotten the crowns on her teeth less than 6 months ago and the dentist had only reimbursed on the crown, but the money from that is going towards the flapper tooth before the actual implant.
