My son, Cooper, was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes at 8 months old. One of the youngest cases ever. He has handled this with tremendous strength and courage. Now he's 4 and continues to fight a disease that robs him of a normal childhood.
We would like to get Cooper a Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM) that would help us manage his blood sugars.
My insurance does not cover one of these and they're pretty expensive to purchase and maintain monthly.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
