Regulators Production is primarily an audio production company based out of Dallas, Texas, and founded in 2023 by one of the producers of this documentary project, Matthew Bishop. The company is most well-known for producing an Audible original audio drama series, "Look of Innocence," and being regionally recognized by NPR with their audio drama production of "The Christmas Carol" in 2025.

This documentary project is about Murdered and Missing Indigenous Persons (MMIP) and the effects it has specifically on the Navajo community. Focusing on a few stories in particular, we want to explore the truth of what families endure after they report to law enforcement that a loved one is missing.

People are murdered and/or missing every day on native reservations. Every indigenous person you meet is likely related or has close friends who are victims of MMIP. It is time these stories are heard on a bigger scale and that our audience listens and demands change.
