Hello Parents!
We are at it again. Join us in showering the McDowell Mountian Elementary School employees with appreciation this Holiday season. They do so much for our kids and our community - it's the least we can do! We've received an employee roster from Principal Wilkinson, so we are sure to include every employee - including the janitors & bus drivers! Last year we raised just over $2,000 to give back to the McDowell Mountain Elementary School employees.
Here's what we accomplished with our funds in 2021:
Day 1) Rainbow Donuts & Starbucks Coffee
Day 2) DJ's Bagels
Day 3) Hundreds of Christmas Cookies home-baked or store-bought by families at MMES
Day 4) Sipps Eatery catered lunch, + we filled the refrigerator with enough beverages to last for weeks!
Day 5) Fountain Hills Food Cart catered lunch
Bonuses:
- Every single MMES employee received a $30 gift card to Target
- Every single MMES employee received handwritten Thank You cards from families of our school community.
- Sipps Eatery donated a $10 gift card to every employee
We can't wait to make this year bigger and better! Every dollar we raise is valuable, and we give it all back to MMES.
We are also seeking parent volunteers to help us execute the day of logistics. Our Holiday Appreciation Week is scheduled for December 12th - 16th. If you can help, please reach out.
