School, medical, and other family expenses.

Hello, my name is Jacob Gonzalez. I am a 47 yr. old single father. I have been having chest problems for over a year now. I was diagnosed a few weeks ago with adenocarcinoma, a form of lung cancer. I won't know for another 2 weeks if it has spread elsewhere. Regardless, I can no longer work as of now. I have trouble breathing and even walking around the grocery store beats me down. I have always worked construction as a self employed sub. I work from paycheck to paycheck without saving any money. I cannot pull from social security or a pension. I have made many mistakes in my life and I may be getting punished for it, but the only thing I know I did right was to take on the care of my children. It's going on six years since I was given the chance to be a part of life as we know it now. It's just the four of us. Things are great. They are good kids doing good in school, and living a stable life. But because of my financial failures and lack of insurance, we are on the virge of being split up because two of the children are not biologically mine. No one on my side can take all three. No one on their mother's side can take all three. They are good kids, but they are sensitive and emotional. My best boy Logan who is 8 didn't fair very well when they were separated 6 yrs. ago. Kamryn who is 10 and Mya who is 12 also didn't do well. Before my children, I would have let the chips fall where they may. Now I will do anything for my babies. Anything you can spare would help. This is the family of Jacob Gonzalez. Unfortunately, Jacob's cancer has progressed to stage 4. He is now on hospice care and is unable to provide for his children. We are now asking for any donations you can possibly spare for his children and unfortunately  what may be his upcoming funeral expenses.
