Celebrating the life of Mmatalenta Maphosa
Donation protected
It is with a deeply, sadden heart that I write this, as our beautiful sister Mmatalenta has gone to be with Jesus.
Earlier this week she breathed her last breath while holding her husbands hand.
Mmatalenta showed us all what it is like to know Jesus in the time of suffering. During her battle with cancer she continued to sing to Him, to praise Him and to fully trust in Him with her entire life. She would send us voice memos of her singing to God, videos of her laughing and prayers that would shake our very own faith.
We are changing this giving to help her family at this time. Any funds received moving forward will go to her husband to help take care of the children.
Boitshwarelo, we want you to know that we love you and your family so much. We are so sorry for the loss of your beautiful bride. We are praying for you and the kids. May our Father surround you with a love and peace that only He can. We pray that He would multiply these gifts to show that He has you and the kids in the palm of His hand.
What a gift you were to all of us Tilly. We will never forget you.
The Celebration of Mmatalenta's life will be LIVE on her FB page from Botswana. The family would love for you to all be there with them virtually. Date will be announced soon. Currently they will be transporting her from Johannesburg back home to Botswana.
Thank you to everyone who gave to help provide for her cancer treatment. Together we were able to provide the family with $7,740.00 Note than anything above that in this fundraiser will be for the kids to be taken care of.

Hello everyone! My name is Carmen, and I am fundraising for my friend and sister in Christ, Mmatalenta Maphosa. She was recently diagnosed with Bone Marrow Cancer.
She is a mother of 5, wife, grandmother, sister and friend to many of us. It all happened so quickly. Her bones began to hurt; the movement became minimal. After getting some blood work where she resides in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, her work at the AU decided it would be best to go to Johannesburg, South Africa, for further treatment.
Her treatment is expected to be 6 months. We would love to help raise money for her kids to go and visit their mom during their Christmas break; this will be about halfway through her treatment. As we know, being away from her kids is extremely hard. Let us bless this family through our giving so they can all be together in December.
Mmatalenta has been identified as a potential candidate for stem cell treatment, so we are also raising money to help cover those unexpected medical bills that can pile up.
Thank you so much in advance to those who contribute using your finances to bless this family, bringing them together after months apart.
Please pray with us for complete healing over her body.
