I lost both of my jobs due to COVID. I decided now or never on launching my idea of nature-based health and fitness coaching. I thought that with all of the secondary issues arising from the isolation people were experiencing, I could be of some real help to other. This concept of mine, and my unique expertise in health & fitness promotion, along with my knowledge and experience of the outdoors offers a great way for people to decompress, destress, and boost their level of immunity. So I gave it a shot, but I have depleted my savings now, and still have work today do, supplies to purchase, to offer this great service to others.
