Jade's surgery fund

Hello family and friends, some of you are aware and some are not that our daughter Jade is scheduled for surgery april 17th 2015, she has scoliosis with a double curve which has progressed over time, we are asking for your prayers and any help you can provide which will help with her medical bills and home care after surgery.
