MLF National Finals - Bassmaster National Finals

My name is Carson Yero and my fishing partner is Ryder Krueger. We have been Bass fishing most of our life and have been competing in the Florida and Georgia youth divisions in Bass Nation events and Major League Fishing events across the state for the last 5 years. We recently placed first in the Major League Fishing High School fishing qualifier which is allowing us to travel to Wisconsin to compete in the National Youth Championship. The very next weekend we qualified for the Bassmaster High School National Finals in South Carolina. This is our second time making it to the national qualifying event and first time qualifying for both organizations. In the national Bassmaster junior series, we finished 3rd in the nation. We have been blessed to have this opportunity, however, it does not go without strain. We spend any free time we have on the water honing our skills to become Elite fishermen, A dream we are willing to work at for the rest of our life. We are asking for some assistance to get us to our goal. The Wisconsin fishing tournament will be a 10-day event and quite costly then add the South Carolina trip that’s a extra 6 days of travel a month after Wisconsin. Anything donated will help and I truly appreciate all who donate. We also have the opportunity to further our education with the possibility of college scholarships that are provided to some of the top teams.
