Mu Lambda Mentor & Mentee Movie Day

As part of Mu Lambda's mission and Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity's National Programs, we work closely with young men who attend Ballou High School and Hart Middle School in Southeast DC by serving as tutors, mentors, and volunteers.

As many of you know, The Mu Lambda Chapter and the Mu Lambda Foundation host a "Super Bowl" party every year. This year, instead of hosting a party, we have decided to refocus our efforts on the young people we support by taking them to the movies to see Marvel's highly anticipated movie, "Black Panther."

A blockbuster movie featuring a star-studded cast of people of color does not come around often. We want to capitalize on this opportunity to do some good. For some of these kids, this will be their first movie experience. Help us make that happen.

**Every penny raised will go directly to Regal Cinema Gallery Place. The film will be shown on February 24th. Included with the ticket, every deserving child will receive popcorn and a soft drink.

***All Donations Are TAX-DEDUCTIBLE.
We appreciate your support.
