During the past month, many members of my family lost the ability to carry out usual daily activities due to anemia, severe weight loss, and the symptoms that accompany them.

All of that is due to the lack of adequate food, lack of potable water, and malnutrition, as my family members eat one meal every 3 days per person due to running out white flour, which is considered essential for children, is available from the markets, as my family consumes 50 grams of flour now instead of 150-200 grams per person per day.

They are also unable to buy basic vegetables due to their high prices and their scarcity in the markets, as the price of white flour has increased by 1027%, and rice by 67%, Potatoes by 270%, tomatoes by 310%, cucumbers by 415%, and eggs by 970%. The prices of other commodities also increased, all of this in addition to the lack of appropriate health care in order to provide medical alternatives and compensate for the shortage.

Through this campaign, we are keen to raise an amount of $30k with the aim of providing them with the necessary healthy drinking water, as well as providing white flour, sufficient and appropriate food packages, providing kitchen supplies and cooking supplies, providing sheets and blankets suitable for sleeping, and providing the necessary clothing for them due to the bad weather conditions and the cold weather there.

We are in a very urgent need to collect this amount before the middle of next March, for fear of the deterioration of their health condition and the deterioration of the conditions there. إضافةً إلى ارتفاع اسعار السلع الأساسية في الأسواق بسبب جشع التجار ونقص المواد والسلع الأساسية إلى جانب فقدانهم وظائفهم و تسريحهم من العمل بسبب الحرب.

خلال الشهر الماضي فقد العديد من أفراد عائلتي المقدرة على القيام بالأنشطة اليومية المعتادة بسبب فقر الدم و فقدان الوزن الشديد و الأعراض المصاحبة لهما و ذلك بسبب عدم توفر الغذاء المناسب وانعدام المياه الصالحة للشرب و سوء التغذية حيث يتناول أفراد عائلتي وجبة واحدة كل 3 أيام للفرد الواحد بسبب نفاذ الدقيق الأبيض الذي يعتبر اساسياً للأطفال من الاسواق حيث تستهلك عائلتي ما مقداره 50جم دقيق الان بدلاً من 150 - 200جم للفرد الواحد يومياً، كذلك عدم مقدرتهم على شراء الخضروات الأساسية بسبب ارتفاع اسعارها و ندرة وجودها في الأسواق حيث ارتفع سعر الدقيق الأبيض بنسبة 1027% , والأرز بنسبة 67% , والبطاطس بنسبة 270% ، و الطماطم بنسبة 310% , والخيار بنسبة 415% , والبيض بنسبة 970% كما ارتفعت اسعار باقي السلع ، كل هذا الى جانب انعدام الرعاية الصحية المناسبة لأجل توفير البدائل الطبية و تعويض النقص في ذلك.

نحرص من خلال هذه الحملة لجمع مبلغ 30 الف دولار بهدف توفير مياه الشرب الصحية اللازمة لهم و كذلك توفير الدقيق الأبيض وحزم غذائية كافية ومناسبة وتوفير مستلزمات المطبخ ولوازم الطهي وتوفير الملاءات والأغطية الملائمة للنوم و توفير الملابس الضرورية لهم بسبب سوء الأحوال الجوية و برودة الطقس هناك.

نحن بحاجة ماسة جداً لجمع هذا المبلغ قبل منتصف شهر مارس القادم خوفاً من تفاقم الحالة الصحية لديهم و تدهور الأوضاع هناك.
