Hi, I am Jessi Bernstein and me and my brother, Josh, are trying to raise money for a memorial service for our mother, Susan Bernstein. She was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer in September of this year and has progressed quickly. Our father passed away when we were young in New York and we do not have a lot family here in Michigan. I am a college student at Ferris, and I spend a lot of time going back and forth from school to Holland, which is where my mom is located. Our main concern is getting money for a service for our mom, as well as making arrangements for living and transportation. Neither of us have a car and Josh is between living situations. Our goal is currently set at $1,500 to cover a small memorial service, but any donation amount would help. We appreciate your kindness in a time of need.
