However, regardless of our adversities we are very close knit community that displays pride and valiancy in everything we do.
Unfortunately since our school is so underfunded we also do not have the money to do some of the quintessential acts of a senior class: going to prom, hosting a senior trip and graduation.
We hope to have the opportunity to create life-long memories and relationships with each other experiencing once in a lifetime events. For some of us, we will be the first in our family to graduate high school, and that is a legacy we want to leave not only for our families, but for our school as well.
The harsh reality is that none of this will be possible without YOUR help. Please join us in our efforts to raise $15,000 to go to prom, host a senior trip and to walk across a graduation stage. Any amount you are able to contribute will go towards making the impossible.... possible.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for giving us the opportunity to experience what every youth should before they become a young adult. Thank you for helping us prove all of the stereotypes wrong!
Thank you for giving us a chance!
