Help get my dad home

For everyone that knows my family and my dad James Woods, you all know that we just recently found out that my dad has cancer, he was admitted into the hospital on november 17th 2017 have gallbladder surgery and during the surgery doctors found that he had end stage liver diease and then just recently was diagnosised with liver cancer he is on hospice now and doesn’t have life insurance. my dad doesnt not have much time left we just found out today that he has a tumor in his stomach that is also cancer i am making this so that we can ask for help to get him home when he passes away so we can have a proper memorial for him and our family can say goodbye. anything that you can give will help.
Anything that you guys can do is very much appercaited by all of us espcially him. 
This is a very hard time for my family. thank you for your help and we really apperciate it  anything helps.
he will soon be reunited with my uncle steve and my grandma woods...
