- Hi, my name is Sabine. I rescued Rosie one year ago in October. I am the third person to have her; the second person saved her from a horrible situation of living in a kennel. When she was saved, she was not able to walk. She was very malnourished; she had a rough life to start. Rosie was doing very well up until a couple of weeks ago. I’m not sure what happened, but now she needs neck surgery. This is something I cannot afford. She is in a lot of pain. I already paid for the MRI, which was very expensive. That’s how I know what is needed. If anybody can help, please donate. I am trying to get the funds to have her surgery. As of right now, she is on a lot of medication and she has to be strictly kenneled. This is not a life for her right now. Help if you can. She will be going to DoveLewis Emergency and Specialty Veterinary Hospital in Portland Oregon.
