Mitzi's dog, Boo needs your help

My name is Mitzi Corella and I'm attempting to raise funds for surgery that my dog Boo desperately needs.
Backstory with Boo: I found him at the Apache reservation while traveling through Arizona on a trip i made to Texas to pick up my youngest daughter, Rylee who was visiting my son Michael, who lives in Midland, for the summer. I stopped at a gas station which I had already passed but to decided to turn back, since I wasn't sure where the next gas station was located. This dog was there, searching for food, and he was basically skin and bones. I also my noticed he had scars all over. From fighting, barbed wire fencing, large predators, I could only guess. I happened to have some Denny's leftovers in my car, and I fed it to him. He looked at me with confusion and gratitude, as if no human had ever shown him kindness. So, I asked the people there and inside the store if anybody knew who he belonged to, since he had on a very worn collar but no one knew anything. Seemed to me that it was fate that I find him that day. He got to ride home with me from Arizona all the way back to California, and that's how I rescued my dog.
He was pretty nervous all the way home, always looking out the windows, but he sat down and just waited it out. He loved being at my house once we got him there. He is the sweetest dog, super smart, and has brought me much joy.
Shortly after, I noticed he had some growths on his underbelly, and I wasn't sure what they were. I took him to see a vet, and they said just to keep an eye on the growths to see if they changed. In the interim, we moved to Texas, and I took him to a vet here. She said that it was a form of skin cancer and that it would need surgery soon. I'm assuming that while he was in Arizona, he didn't have much shelter from the sun, and that is what has caused the skin cancer since his underbelly is white. I have since been protecting him from the sun with a special shirt that he wears because he likes to be outside, but I always bring him indoors when it's hot and make sure he has his shirt on. However, it seems that his tumors are growing, and they have started protruding through the skin, and one of them has started to bleed.
I've just accepted a new job; I don't start until the 21st, so I have not had the money to have his surgery done, and that is why I'm asking people for help. In the past two weeks, it's gotten worse because the protruding tumor has started to bleed a lot, and I worry about internal bleeding or anything else that can happen that could put his life in immediate danger.
The feeling of helplessness and desperation not being able to afford to give my dog the surgery is overwhelming. So, any contributions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much.
