Mitsey needs help removing Olive the Tumor

Donation protected
Mitsey Goodman got a concussion while at work. Her recovery wasn't going quite as planned. She had memory loss, trouble seeing and trouble walking. She was taken to the hospital for an MRI and didn't make it home before she was redirected to her doctor's office where she was told she had a tumor. She was then taken by ambulance to Indy where the emergency room doctor said, "Hold it! Let's slow down a little, and see what's up." (He probably said it more like a doctor would say it, but we digress.) She was sent home with meds and instructions to see a neurosurgeon.

Fast forward a smidge...turns out, our dear Mitsey has a tumor the size of a tennis ball behind her right eye and will have brain surgery on October 14, 2021. The tumor isn't cancerous, but the doctors say it's impressive.

So...who is Olive? Olive is Mitsey's tumor. We thought it should have a name so we asked Mitsey if it was a girl or boy, and she said, "It's a girl, and she's shy because she's been hiding." After some discussion, we decided her name was Olive because she is the pits.

Whether it's a dollar or five or a prayer, we need some intervention from the people who love Mitsey so she can eventually say, "Good-bye," to Olive...hopefully, for good! She will have medical bills and recovery time and other things we can't even begin to imagine. (See the image below for more than you care to know.)
