NCFD Firefighter Mitchell Wilms Fire Relief

Donation protected
On Wednesday August 19th, 2020 NCFD Firefighter Mitchell Wilms lost his family home in Pope Valley to the LNU Lightning Complex Fire.

Firefighter Wilms was on assignment with his strike team at the Lake Fire in Southern California when the fires started in Napa County. His strike team was order back home to assist with the LNU fires. Firefighter Wilms was on assignment in the Pleasants Valley area protecting homes when the fire raged and consumed his family home in Pope Valley. Mitchell has lost everything.

As the newest (June 2020) and youngest member of Pope Valley Volunteer Fire Station /  Napa County Fire Department, Mitchell has worked really hard to make almost every call and volunteer for every strike team assignment. Firefighter Wilms's strength and courage is inspiring.

We know these are tough times but please donate anything you can to help Mitchell and his family.

Firefighter Wilms is still on assignment with his strike team fighting the LNU Lightning Complex Fires.

Sincerely,
Gary Bevins
