Help Mitch Fight Multiple Myeloma
Tuesday, July 15 changed our lives forever.
That was the day we received the kind of news no one is ever truly prepared for — Mitch has been diagnosed with multiple myeloma, a serious and rare form of bone cancer.
Right now, the cancer is still contained within his bone marrow, but it’s already starting to impact other parts of his body. His kidneys are being affected, and he has fluid building around his left lung. We are now waiting on a full-body PET scan to determine just how far the cancer has spread.
This diagnosis has completely turned our world upside down.
Mitch has always been the backbone of our family — our rock. He’s been a truck driver for over 40 years, a hard worker who’s spent his life taking care of others. If you know Mitch, you know that he’s the kind of person who will drop everything to help a friend, a neighbor, or even a stranger. He’s kind, dependable, humble, and lights up every room he walks into.
But now, Mitch can no longer drive.
He’s undergoing intensive chemotherapy and is unable to work.
As the sole provider for our family, this has left us in an incredibly difficult place — emotionally, physically, and financially.
We’re doing everything we can to stay strong and faithful in this fight. We are fully trusting God to carry us through and provide every need, and we believe He will. But we also know that sometimes, He sends help through people.
If you feel led to support our family in any way — through a donation, a prayer, or by simply sharing this page — please know that we are deeply grateful. Your love, your encouragement, and your support mean more to us than we could ever express in words.
We are holding onto hope, trusting in God’s goodness, and leaning on the kindness of others during this incredibly hard season.
From the bottom of our hearts,
Thank you.
With love and gratitude,
