1/9/2017...I have updated  Misty's GoFundMe account  and have  raised  the  amount needed.  Thank you too  all that have generously donated  to help her with these medical expenses. It has been greatly appreciated .  She has one final surgery  this month.  However, since this is a new year she has a new $5,000 deductible to meet. I am sharing this again to see if there are people who feel led to help. We are thankful that no further treatments will be  necessary. Misty is forever grateful for all of the help that has been given.

I has blessed me with the most wonderful sister in the world.  Misty Nilson (Kendrick), is a single mother of five.  She works hard as a Special Education Teacher at Ewing Public Schools in Ewing, NE to support her family.  This October Misty was diagnosed with breast cancer.  She has had two MRIs, three individual biopsies and is scheduled to undergo a bilateral mastectomy and reconstruction on October 26, 2016.  As you can imagine, money is tight for her as a one income household.  I have set up this fund to help her with these medical expenses.  Receiving this financial assistance will help her to continue to take care of her family by removing some of the financial burden of these large medical expenses.  Misty is the type of person that will give you her last penny if she thought you needed it.  I would love to give back to her by making this stressful time in her life a little easier.  I ask you to please remember her in your prayers and thank you for any gift you may feel led to give.
