On Sunday, June 5, my best friend Misty fell at her home and broke her leg in two places. Yesterday, she had surgery to prepare the breaks. I talked with her this morning, but something happened and her heart stopped. Her daughter Sonny, who will be a freshman next year, messaged me to let me know the news.

Her mom, stepdad, daughter and her whole family are completely devastated. Misty was the nicest person, and she would give you the shirt off her back if you needed it. Please, if you can, donate so that her family does not have to worry about funeral expenses. We are all shocked and heartbroken.
