Mister Theater Portland

We are Ryan Cloutier and Montetré, and we're seeking help to finish building our theatrical performance space in Portland, OR: Mister Theater.

Through generous support, we've been able to fully update our electrical system to support our lighting grid, installed basic lighting and sound equipment, and improved acousics.

We are raising money to fund continuing improvements to the space - primarily more lighting, additional sound equipment, a projector and screen, and materials to finish the green room, storage room, and bar.

Mister Theater hosts a variety of theater and comedy shows produced by us as well as other companies. We also host weekly showcases of local filmmakers, summer youth programs, musical events, and auditions. 

Located in the heart of Portland, on NE 18th & Burnside, Mister Theater will be a cornerstone in the Portland theater scene. 

Theater is a community-based endeavor, and we were looking to the community for help! Your generous contribution will ensure your place in history!

Mister Theater features 78 seats, including two ADA accessible seats (expandable to 6), a bar, dressing room, underseat storeage of flats and platforms, and prop/costume storage.
