Hello, I'm Kayla. This is Missy, my baby girl. She is a Maltese and only 5 years old this coming October. I am so sorry if this is not well written. I am so drained, exhausted, and depressed. I'm trying my best to keep positive and have faith. Missy was rushed to the vet Wednesday night because she lost all motor function in her hind legs, and she began crying. My mom and I are low-income, and we are desperately trying to make this work. Anything and everything helps, even if it is keeping her in your thoughts and prayers, but ultimately, I need help. Missy will become my full-time job until she recovers, meaning I'm trying my best to find organizations and ways to cut the costs. Last few days were very expensive, and we are unsure how we are going to go forward, but we're trying our best. Once again, anything helps.

!!!UPDATE!!! Missy has had the surgery, but we still need to pay the vet bill once it has been processed, we still need funds to pay for her future treatment such as; Physical therapy and I want to set aside a fund for when her dissease flares up again. I have made a "registry" for items we need for her recovery and I can send that link to you personally. Missy is recovering well but it's only the beginning.
