A Health/Fitness expert who hosts Missy Kane Fit and Fun & Teenage Fit and Fun on East Tenn PBS. I try to create community activities like Get on Trail w/ Friends & Missy hikes in the Smokies or Get on Local Trails with Missy and Legacy Parks with Thompson Cancer Survival Center in the summer months. As a US Olympian in Track and Field, I enjoy coaching our Biggest Winner team for the Covenant Health Knoxville marathon and half each year. Teaming up with KTC and FSHFC to see folks change their health for the better while losing weight in the process.
